  How hard is it to read a damn screen. On top of that I'm pretty positive it don't take 10 minutes to make a Mexican pizza and two tacos. Two regular tacos at that. I mean it's two less steps you guys have to do. Either you need to screen people when you hire them to see if they have any common sense or find better people to be training the new employees. I understand it's just a "fastfood" job but have some pride in your work. Me as a paying customer pays for your check at the end of the week. And not only that me as a paying customer I want my order right.

  Long wait times after ordering. Every time we come here. It is flustering as a former TB manager and currant stock holder of YUM to see this laid back staff not hustling to ensure quick fast ordering and quick order delivery. The lackadaisical attitude is even in some of the management.
